Welcome to the Computer-Assisted Reporting wiki!

Why a wiki? So much of what we do as journalists is becoming more and more digital and technology based. Just view the YouTube video below to peer further into the future of this growing trend.
If the video sends any message, it's that it behooves us as communicators to explore the depth and breadth of the Internet and to use digital technology that aids us in getting our messages dissimenated.

This wiki is our central online meeting place to plan, discuss and post assignments for our Internet Journalism course throughout the academic year. It also is filled with supplementary material and guidelines that will assist each student in the course.

Be sure to check our wiki regularly to learn of any new announcements, review the syllabus, find a bunch of useful Web sites, and ask a question for other students or the professor.

Missed an assignment? Don't bother calling. Check the wiki, which is available 24/7 and anywhere you go!

Have fun!
